Rugged and Rail-Proven Onboard System Interface

The onboard system interface is the Transit Control Head for Rail (TCH-R). The device is a graphical 9” screen color display, with reliable touchscreen technology. The backlit display is easily readable under ambient light conditions, with brightness control and an anti-glare coating. All text is depicted in an ADA compliant font using a color palette selected to be acceptable for all users, including those with color blindness.
