The newly established Operational Intelligence Center (Ciop) in Londrina serves as the hub for this transformation. Equipped with a comprehensive suite of ITS tools, Ciop enables real-time management and monitoring of public transportation services. The hub’s centerpiece is an expansive videowall that displays real-time operational data, allowing for immediate interventions to address delays, early arrivals, and unexpected detours. This real-time visibility ensures that services run smoothly and efficiently, greatly benefiting the city’s residents.

Clever Devices’ ITS solutions provide a comprehensive platform that integrates service planning, real-time control, and performance monitoring. Londrina’s passengers will enjoy real-time information about bus arrivals through terminal panels, onboard audio systems, and next-stop announcements powered by Clever Devices’ BusTime® platform. Additionally, the solutions include Wi-Fi on all buses and terminals, bus proximity alerts, an app for route planning, and the convenience of contactless payments, all designed to enhance the passenger experience.
