Clever Devices and MAIOR Awarded Major Contract With SPTrans to Enhance São Paulo’s Transit System
Woodbury, NY — Clever Devices do Brasil and MAIOR, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Clever Devices, are thrilled to announce that they have been selected by SPTrans to implement a comprehensive suite of cloud-based Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and planning and scheduling solutions that will improve urban mobility in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.
São Paulo boasts one of the largest surface transit systems globally, with a fleet of 14,000 buses operated by 28 distinct bus operators. This expansive network requires robust and reliable technology solutions to effectively manage its scale and complexity.
