Global IT Outage- July 19, 2024

A worldwide IT outage has impacted operations in many industries, including public transportation. Crowdstrike, a company that provides cloud-based online security solutions, sent out a defect in one of its software updates, which impacted Windows Operating Systems.

Clever Devices is aware of the outage and is currently working on solutions for impacted customers. Please review the information below, as we will update it as the situation develops.

• If your workstations are experiencing a Windows blue screen error, please contact your internal IT department immediately.
• If your servers are not hosted by Clever Devices and you are getting an error message when trying to log in to a Clever Devices application, please involve your internal IT department to review your servers. If you are still experiencing issues after server health and connection are confirmed, please contact Clever Devices TAC immediately.
• If your servers are hosted by Clever Devices, our IT department is currently working on bringing the servers and applications back up. We will keep you updated as we confirm your servers and applications.
